Our Story
We are the largest pump company in Western Canada, with our brands located in Edmonton, Calgary, Fort McMurray, Saskatchewan, Fort St. John, and the interior of British Columbia.
Since 1978, we have maintained our core values and have collectively chosen to make pumping concrete our single focus, providing our staff, employees, and customers with the highest level of integrity, safety, and reliability as concrete pumping professionals. “No job too big, no job too small” is our mindset.

Jace Linman
President
Jace joined the team in 2007 as the Human Resources and Safety Manager. In 2009, he took on the additional role of Operations Manager where he stayed until 2013. He was then promoted to General Manager of A&B. In 2018, Jace became the President of Reach Construction Services Group, where he oversees all of our divisions. Jace is the glue that holds our team together and the reason we have such a tight knit group! If you ever catch Jace on a bad day, just bring him food and it will be sure to lift his spirits.
Dirk Rux
Operations Manager Edmonton
Dirk began working for A&B in 2007 as an operator and quickly became our go-to guy. In 2017 he took on the role of Operations Manager. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things concrete pumping and we are so lucky to have him on our team!
Candace Jamieson
HR and Safety Manager
In 2017, Candace joined the team as the Corporate Human Resources Manager and shortly thereafter took on the role of Safety Manager. You have likely seen Candace on site completing site checks. Candace makes sure the team is never hungry and we love her for it!
Taylor Klein
Equipment Manager
Taylor is our newest employee, but you would never know it! Taylor joined us after a long career as an ironworker; he even worked on several projects in tandem with A&B. His leadership skills and knowledge of our fleet make him an enormous asset to our team.
Kaitlyn Majeski
Commercial Sales
Kaitlyn joined the company in 2020 and took a chance on an unfamiliar role after leaving her job in Commercial Real Estate. She quickly became an instrumental part of our team who was given the title “Concrete Pump Queen” by several clients.
Ryan Hintz
Residential Sales
If you have used A&B in the past, you have interacted with Ryan. Ryan started with us as an operator when he was 19 years old. A year later, he moved into his dispatch position where he stayed for several years. Ryan is bringing his wealth of knowledge to his new position in Residential Sales. This is the perfect fit for him, as he has been interacting with our clients on the phone for years. He is excited to finally get out there and put some faces to names!
